I am simulating the flow over a wing at several angles of attack, including some for beyond the stall angle. I have set my flow condition to unsteady as this requires (correct me if I am wrong here please!).
Now my force monitors vary up and down around a certain value, and I'd like to get an average over several seconds so I can compare the values at different angles more easily. How can I do this? Thanks, Kai |

I've gone ahead with the simulation anyways, and taken values from the graph.
However, I have a problem that even though the solution converges fine watching the force plots, my residuals (continuity) don't converge. Is this a serious issue or can I ignore it? I only have one circular boundary around the entire setup set to velocity inlet to give a flow, so this might be causing a continuity problem? Kai |
