command write profile

Hello,

I am working on a 2D, time dependent calculation and want to write the total-temperature as a profile file every 500 timesteps. I know i how do export contours, e.g. : display contour concentration-O2 display hard-copy "file-%t.tif" But thats a picture and i need the profile.

So how is the exakt command for writing profiles? As in 2D, i need x-coordinate, y-coordinate and total-temperature.
