Defining new material as inert-particle

Hallo,

I would like to create an injection of inert-particles. These particles should have a density of 1423 kg/m^3. I know that I have to define a new material but in the "Material Type" list (in the "Materials" menu), I can just choose between "solid" and "fluid". It can not select inert-particles. Unfortunately, the User's Guide couldn't help me... maybe you can...

Best Regards,

Julian

I found something in the User's Guide:

8.1.3 Using a User-Defined Materials Database -> "Creating a New Materials Database and Materials"

I followed the steps of the description, but if I click on "Apply" in the "Material Properties" Menu the following error message is printed:

Error: GENERAL-CAR-CDR: invalid argument [1]: improper list Error Object: #f

hey there, following the solution

1.create injection and chose anthracite as material in DPM setting
2.go back to material define and you will see the "inert particle" as a optional in either change-create or copy
