How can I extend the domain in Fluent?

I'm trying to extend the vertical and horizontal dimensions of my 2D axisymmetric simulations, but I'm unsure how to do this. For example, I want to extend my vertical dimension from 1 unit to 2, and my horizontal dimension from 2 to 6. How would I do this?

on the 6.3 versin it is possible with text command define/b-c/m-z

extrude-face-zone-delta: Extrude a face thread a specified distance based on a list of deltas.

extrude-face-zone-para Extrude a face thread a specified distance based on a distance and a list of parametric locations between 0 and 1, e.g., 0 0.2 0.4 0.8 1.0.

But I think it's juste possible to extrude in the normal direction. It would be easier to do that in Gambit
