Hi everyone,

I'm trying to import a mesh file from Gambit into Fluent but a warning line displayed as:

'Number of nodes read (14628) does not match number referenced (12612). Resetting counter to match the number referenced'

After that, one of my meshed face disappears with a status from Fluent as following:

'Skipping zone im-inter (not referenced by grid)'

'im-inter' is the name of my meshed face.

What wrong of my meshed model? Please tell me how to solve this problem.

Thanks a lot.

Hi Vu

The Face zone might be a stand alone face zone which is not connected to cell zone (Volume Mesh). Try to check it in gambit with a cross section view of mesh........

i hope this might be the only reason.
