Request for help on viewfactor calculation
 

Hi friends,

Iam new to Fluent. I have written a code to calculate viewfactor in radiative heat transfer. I would like to validate the results using Fluent. Suppose I take 3D representation two surfaces(a rectangular and a cylindrical), can anyone tell me how to do it in FLUENT.

since you are new, first try doing some tutorial problem related to radiation modeling(Tutorial No;5 in Fluent Tutorials). Then try with your actual problem. good luck
