reporting y+ value

I'm working on a 3D model with about 1.8 million elements. After the program ran and I want to display y+ value, I get an error message saying that it cannot be displayed, which I think is because of the model size. Is there any way that I can have y+ data of some selected grids sent to a text file while running? Thank you.
