Default Multi-block structured GAMBIT mesh help

Hi,

Anyone know how to create a multi-block structured mesh around an aerofoil with deployed high-lift devices? I can do an unstructured mesh okay but don't who the best way to create the blocks around the aerofoil/flaps/etc.
