Default Blood Flow - Euler Euler

I am about to try a blood flow simulation with fluent. I have already tried a custom lagrangian approach, but had great difficulties.

Is it possible to simulate blood flow (plasma + red blood cells 0.45 volume fraction) using Euler - Euler description?

Doing so, will the viscosity of the mixture be predicted correctly (eg. results like Quemada model)?

Does anyone has previous experience on this?

Thanks in advance,

Ilias
