I'm working on dynamic mesh to analys a moving hydrofoil (flaping wing propulsion)and i decide to make 2 face
inner grid : contain hydrofoil profile wall. this entire face will deform within outer grid by equation i write in .c file. it's circle with 10 cord diameter outer grid : this face will be stationary and have to remeshing every time step now i wonder that is this solution is right ? i mean IF this mean i'm moving the foil AND fluid around it (fluid have velocity from deforming grid) or this mean i still moving the foil alone ? i want to analyse a flow around hydrofoil , can i still use gambit this way thank you |

For dynamic mesh, you can establish it using gambit, like normal mesh; the moving is defined in the Sover, such as Fluent. So ,the most important thing you must do is in Fluent.

Sure, especially to dynamic mesh.
