PRoduction terms of a turbulence modeL

i am currently doing stimulation of airfoil. IF i want to compare results with the experimental data that i have got, where can i change the production terms of the turbulence model in order to get nearer values to the experimental data??

Pls Help .. thanks

Re: PRoduction terms of a turbulence modeL

For comparing with experimental results, please ensure that you have eliminated all sources of errors before modifying the turbulence models used in your simulation. These might include mesh errors, boundary condition errors, using the correct physical models, using higher order discretization schemes, etc.

If you've done all that, and you still want to modify the production terms of the turbulence model, then you can use the Define_Source macro and create a UDF to modify the source term in the k transport equation. You can look up the UDF user manual on how to do this.

Hope that helps. All the best!
