How Fluent calculates pressure?

I did a simple test: set a block with all sides as wall boundary. then a constant mass addition in this block. I expect pressure increases with time during simulation. However, the pressure in the block just doesn't change. Does anyone have a clue on this? THanks.

:))) how do you add the mass to your system? is your problem transient? do you use an udf to increase the mass?
