Wall function

The manual says that the wall funciton approach is good for high Reynolds number flow. What range of Reynolds number are we talking about? Thank you.

Maybe in the range of Re>= 1 million?

I have a model of Reynolds number around 300,000 to 500,000. So, the wall function approach is not adequate in this case?
