Surface integrals report: incident radiation

hi All

I want to model radiation through a lamp, which is placed inside a cylinder parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder. I have defined the Irradiance on the lamp surface for example 300(W/mē) in the Discrete Ordinates(DO) model. After running several iterations; when i have checked the incident radiation on the lamp surface(Report->SurfaceIntegrals->Areaweighted ave->Incidentradiation), its showng a different value (for ex. 400 W/mē). Can anyone pls explain me what does it mean by Incident radiation in FLUENT. And what is wrong in my case.

thanks in advance

did you look at surface incident radiation quantity instead of incident radiation?

I have a very similar problem, what was the reason??
