Default 3D Boundary Layer

Hi,

i've got a 3d geometry simply described by two volumes intersected: a cilinder and a sphere.

I meshed cilinder using both boundary layer and size function to obtain a lot of small cells near wall (I'm interesting in wall heat treatement ). I meshed first one base face and then I use hex/wedge volume mesh option to mesh cilinder.

I tried to use a boundary layer mesh also on wall of sphere, using the same value of first row, growth factor etc.. used on cilinder's lateral wall but in meshing volume of sphere gambit displays the error message:

"Currently,3D boundary layers are limited to flat face groups with the same boundary layer on all faces. A discontinuity has been found where one face has a boundary layer and the adjacent one has been not...You can try the MESH.USE_3D_BOUNDARY_LAYERS default off and try again"

Could you help me? Thanks
