Liquid Nitrogen + Air

Default Liquid Nitrogen + Air

Dear All I have the projected to simulate the freezing process in Food processing. The general mechanism is : The machine will spray the Liquid Nitrogen from the nozzle to the air chamber, so the heat transfer will cause to liquid nitrogen changing phase to Gas and flow together with air. Could you please advice what's the model that I will use in Fluent or anybody have any tutorial, please feel free to let me know
