My system consists of a tank reactor with a direct outflow pipe at one end and an inlet pipe that sits just above the tank's liquid surface. How do I define that surface boundary (the top of the reactor that is open)?

Yea, i'm trying to find velocities at different points in the reactor which will help verify a tracer study i've done on a prototype version.
