udf for velocity profile_velocity v(y,t)

hi all.. can anyone tell me how to write the udf for velocity inlet in which the velocity increases first then reaches max and then decreases with time and one more thing the flow of the fluid through the inlet is not a full flow i.e the the max level(from horizontal bottom of cylindrical pipe) of fluid at the cylindrical inlet at any time is approx the radius of the pipe means velocity is function of both space and time i.e. v(y,t).... thanks in advance...

Hi

You should check the UDF manual section 12.1.

It's totally described here.

Good luck!
