k-epsilon model with solidification model

hi,

I am modeling a solidification problem with standard k-epsilon model for the turbulence. Strangely I am getting the "Turbulent viscosity ratio limited" problem in the solidified region of the domain. I don't know if it makes any sense but apparently it is giving me wrong results.

Can anyone help me out with this?

I am looking into the solidification issue now and happens to see this. Don't understand the error message but the k-e model should be under the assumption of isotropic which may not be the case in mushy zone. Besides, the present of dendrite networks in the solidification zone means the flow motion is very restricted. Is there is model to treat that effect?
