Surface Monitor Question

I am running an unsteady simulation in the 2D domain that is shown below, and I want to monitor the max pressure, max density, and mass flow rate at everyone of the blue lines (surfaces that I created in Fluent). I was hoping to do this without having a separate surface monitor file for each line and parameter. I tried to combine all of the pressure terms for each surface into one file, but all it gives me is some average (I think). Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can efficently monitor these surfaces without having 30 different monitor files? Thanks in advance

Hi!
you might use: -> report -> surface integrals - report type: vertex (or facet) maximum - field variable: pressure - surface: the lines, you are interested in. That gives you the maximum of the pressure on every line. Now, you can program the same with the TUI and create a journal file. Best wishes! Ralf

Thanks Ralf, I'll try that.
