Problem simulating bubble formation in microchannels
 

I have been replicating a paper as a part of my project. There is a very strange problem that I have encountered.
I am simulating the formation of bubble in a microchannel. Axisymmetric, unsteady state calculation I have carried out. I have taken time step as 1e-06 seconds and I have run 136,000 iterations which should correspond to 136 ms.
But when I compare the results, the result at 136ms(according to my simulation) corresponds to 13.6 ms from the paper. Likewise has happened at other times also.
I cant seem to understand why there is a factor of ten separating the two times.
