Default CFD Post - Physical properties

Hello guys. I would like to know, why in CFD Post the main physical properties are not available like a heat capacity, thermal conductivity, viscosity, etc. I set polynominal function for them and I would like to see what's happend with some of these variables. Could you help me, thank you ?

Sorry I'm just find it in the Fluent. Run calculation there is option data file quantities... Sorry again...
