Seeking micro waterjet nozzle services

Hi,

I am working for a start-up in Silicon Valley.

We have an application with waterjets thru a 200 micron nozzle. The chamber on the water side makes a big difference to jet quality, i.e, whether a columnar jet forms at all.

I need someone to take our solidworks drawings and model the jet.

Does anyone know of someone or a company qualified to do this?

Hi,

I/we can help you with the waterjet simulation with the available resources in house (OpenFOAM, custom codes, etc.). We are qualified and experienced professional in computational fluid dynamics. Our experience ranges from Aerospace, automobiles, & chemical engineering to micro fluidics.

We would like to know more about the problem at hand such as:

1. Is it a waterjet in water or waterjet jet in air.
2. Is it a high speed jet
3. The extent of domain
4. Operating conditions, etc.
