i want to make computer model of cigar shaped underwater vehicle and and analyze the flow around it. I am new to CFD . can somebody help me.

Hi Baghat!!!
To simulate A vehicle in under water we need to study some basic of it. 1. You can take simulation of airfoil. You can bring your case to airfoil. because the basic is same. you just change the fluid type from air to water. (absolutely this is used when you choose single phase flow!!!) 2. You can change the other phase (Water & air). There are lots of paper in airfoil on the net!!! hope it helps!!! teguh |
