reverse flow

hi everyone
i have a simulation of two different fluids, flowing inside a tube and one outside.
i set the simulation with k-e model and pressure based, the time is steady.
the problem is that it report reverce flow in __ faces on outflow.
the boundary condiction is: two velocity inlet and two outflow.
then step of simulation is inizializate all zone.
what did i do wrong?
thank you

Hi
check for the outflow bondaries locations. its better to set outflow in fully developed region. if your outlets are in developing region use pressure-outlet condition. else, this is a warning and should be disappear.
