Default COPROX Problem with Hydrogen Oxidation

Hi all, i am doing preferential oxidation of CO along with some oxidation of Hydrogen which is in the feed.

I get massive temperature errors.

When i do the CO oxidation by itself, things work fine, but when i do the Hydrogen oxidation, either with CO or without, there is a massive temperature increase, beyond the limit of the solver, which is set at 5000K. I have read that the adiabatic flame temperature of hydrogen oxidation is around 3400K so why would there be this problem?

The feed only contains 0.5% m.f. oxygen.

Any ideas welcome
