Can someone explain to me how to see a moving mesh with regards to deformation on the walls due to shear stress.

this is a Fluid-Structure-Interaction application.
If you are working with Ansys, you can treat this kind of problem (cfd-fea coupling)

Since I don't have ansys I cannot help you
Sorry But check into manuals, it should be any tutorial about FSI
