k-e standard wall function and y+

Default k-e standard wall function and y+

Please see the attached jpg. Is it right for the k-e model using Standard wall function?

Fluent solves the k-e equations, regardless of the y+, for the all the cells except the wall adjacent ones? The log-law or the linear-law are used ONLY between the wall and the first adjacent centroid?
