I need to know as if there is a tool in FLUENT to simulate the reactor with granules inside, without having to draw them in GAMBIT or introduce them as food. That is, the granules are loaded into the reactor.

-- yes, you can model granular phase in fluent, you just have to model reactor in the Design Modeler or ICEM in ANSYS12. Then you can use multiphase models (Euler Granular Model) which is best.. though it will be tedious to achieve convergence.
