difficulties to create a movie under Fluent

I am using Fluent 6.3 to simulate blood flow in pulmonary arteries.
I would like to create a movie of the streamlines.
the movie is needed for one period (one heart beat) and this specific period of time start after 3 periods.
before starting the computation, i open the window for the movie and display the streamlines from the last time step of the former period.
then, after the end of the first time step, and until the end, only the parts of the mesh that i displayed appeared. the streamlines just disappeared after the 1st time step and never appear again.
I was wondering how to solve this problem.
I am using metafile for the storage.
I was also wondering if it's possible to keep the same values as min and max for the range during the whole period (100 time steps).

I haven't had a good experience creating movies on FLUENT, so I would recommend you to export your cas and dat files every certain number of iterations, and just export them to Tecplot and do all the post processing there. It's easier and the quality is better.

If I have to export the dat file to tecplot, I would to know if it's possible to make fluent create a dat file at each time steps.

Just tell fluent to save case and data files at each step and then read them in tecplot...
