hello everyone,
Ive got a bunch of UDFs written which all work in fluent 6.3.2, and am wondering if I will have any compatibility issues if I install fluent 12.1.4. Furthermore, can I open fluent 6.3 case/dat files in fluent 12 without any problems? Or, If anyone can point me towards a site perhaps that lists incompatibility issues with the new version of fluent that would be useful also. Thanks!

As far as I tried: reading case file Fluent 6.3 to Fluent 12 may work but it is not the same in the opposite one site with compatibility: try fluent site....Ansys , Fluent section |

I bet you will not find anywhere free license for Fluent... more then 90% of the people here use hacked Fluent versions... this is not good but is a way to develop.....
