Default axisymmetric order of convergence?

jack1980 is on a distinguished road

I've been calculating the drag coefficient for an terpedoshaped axisymmetric body. Although I use a 2nd order method, the observed order of grid convergence is 1.0

Is there a possible explanation for this?
