Weird Intepolation Result..

I got a nozzle solution and interpolated its result.
Now I interpolated nozzle data only for nozzle of new grid which contains outer air field.
Pressure, velocity, density were good but, only temperature was wrongly intepolated.
why!? and how can i fix it?!

plz refer the attached picture on this thread
left is temp. right is pressure
