plot bulk temperature of fluid

Dear all
we can get bulk temperature in Report>Surface integrals:change report type from Area to Facet average.
with this way i get bulk temperature in inlet or outlet or...
The problem is how can i plot bulk temperature in x-direction?
There is no bulk temperature in xy plot!!
Is there any way to plot and write bulk temperature in x-direction?
thanks

hi mohammad,
there is no direct way to calculate bulk temperature in x-direction,
you may creat some surfaces, then in costume field functions tab(in definition tab) make Velocity*Temperature function,in Report>Surface integrals use integral or sum report(depends on your precision) for both Velocity and your Velocity*Temperature function on each section; by diveiding these two quantity, you will have bulk temperature in each section, then u can use curve fitting for your x-bulk temperature

Where to create surfaces? At some distances from the wall you mean?

at some distances from inlet, in facet you creat iso-surfaces along the length of your wall, you can use TUI to creat them or u may read a journal file containing the commands to creat all of them at same time,
iso surfaces are cross-sections where you want to calculate bulk properties,so they are perpendicular to your wall

How to create surfaces using TUI or journal file. Please help. The FLUENT text command list does not give any examples.
