HI,all
I am doing a 3d wind tubine simulation, when I mesh the volume, the console always said "volume 2could not be meshed without face(s) successfully meshed", does somebody can tell me how to slove this problem, note, wind turbine is volume 2 and computational domain is volume 1, I use wind turbine to substract the computational domain. Thanks Regrads Tom |

Try to mesh all the faces first, before you try to mesh the volume. That way, you can see which face is giving you trouble.

It depends on what the problem is. It might be a highly skewed cell, trying to mesh opposite edges with a different number of nodes (for structured meshing), etc. GAMBIT should tell you what the problem is. You can select faces and filter by unmeshed to quickly find out which faces failed to mesh successfully.
