Hi,all

Does somebody can tell me how to monitor the 3d wind turbine blade cd, cl and cm in fluent. in my model, the wind comes in horizontal direction and the blades have pitch angle. I want to monitor the life, drag and moment coefficient in every blade, does fluent can do that?

-mAx- will become famous soon enough
If you need to monitor them for each blade, then you have to define each blade as separated wall-BC. For instance blade1 , blade2, blade3.
Monitoring coefiicients is done in solve/monitors/force

Thank you for your reply, if the rotor rotate, does fluent can help me calculated the coefficient, because as I know, inside the monitor, I need to set up the coefficient with x,y and z direction which those vector are fixed.
