Fluent 18.1 F1 process Bug?

I tried to make this simulation:

A simulation of many iterations, over 100000.

All time steps convergate, but over 20000 iterations, fluent crashes with an F1 Error:

The F1 process could not be started.

Whats wrong? I tried it on two different computers with winx64 10. The same problem. Over 20000 iterations, fluent crashes. The fluent handler/task close abruptly.

What means with the F1 process?
Is that a bug on the consumer version?

From what i see Fluent processes terminated or an interruption happened.
Can you add exceptions for Fluent in your security software and rerun the simulation.
You can also use of a local loopback IP address when starting Fluent by adding the FLUENT_HOST_IP=-127.0.0.1 to the FLUENT Launcher Environment tab.

Ok, i turned the gpu acceleration off and the simulation runs with over 100000 iterations in double precision mode.
I am to retry that with a parameter of geometry. And fluent process terminated again, ~ 65000 iteration.
I will try now without security software.

Can it be a bit error of non ECC-RAM?

Hmm i heard people complaining about non ECC-RAMS.
Can you run a test with stressapptest if you didn't.
