comparison between PHOENICS and ANSYS

I have analysed a car model in both PHOENICS and ANSYS FLUENT 12.0.
I got different results in both the softwares, for the same speed and the same number of iterations. Can any one help me why I cant get the same results in both the softwares.
I was thinking it was because of different in meshing used.
