Fluent Graphics
 
Could everybody knows how can I create those graphics via Fluent?

I am afraid you can't. You have to export Fluent data into a data processing software. Matlab also will do the job.

Sure you can.

First do your calculation, once you have a solution you can plot any isolines on your solution. Take a look in the Fluent tutorials, I suppose even the first one will show you how to plot similar graphs with your attached picture.

Fluent has almost all post processing capabilities you can think ...

If you really want to spend your money on a software you don't really need try Tecplot.

Or a cheaper solutions (open source post processing software) will be to use ParaView or Gnuplot.
