Hi,

You should go to Output in ICEM and choose Fluent. Than you can specify your boundry conditions. Wither way, all BC can be changed, and most likely will be, in Fluent.
Type of fluid is specified in the solver.

In case of Haxa mesh , are you sure that all blocks were associated with geometry's part ?

After choose output (ansys , fluent_v6) and set BCs, please notice when you write this input the program warn a complete message or not ?

hope this help

I understand your mesh is 3d. If that is the case are you sure you specified "body" inside your geometry?

mymach July 7, 2010 08:28

yes there is body inside the geometry but i m not sure that is ok i just pick the geometrys different side and body is exist.
