Default simulate naturel convection in vertical channel

hi,
I want to simulate naturel convection in a vertical channel.
the Tinlet=25°C, the left wall is adiabatique and the right wall is heated q=104 w/m2.
please can you tell me how to put my oeprating condition and BC in fluent.
because i do it but i have not the same results to experimental

i need your help
