Natural convection with nanofluids using DPM?

Hallo guys,
I have some doubts regarding modelling natural convection using nanofluids(nanoparticle suspension in fluid).I have a situation in which the nanofluid(particle volume conc. of abt 4%) is heated in a closed cylindrical container and study the particle flow under natural convection?

Is there any way to specify the initial uniformly distributed particle volume conc. as 4 % in the container and study particle patterns when heated?

Please help in this regard as this is much required in my research
Regards
