Cavitation models in FLUENT

Hi,

I Would like to simulate the injection of a gaz-liquid mixture in a vacuum atmosphere (with very low pressure and temperature) with FLUENT.
The aim of this calculation is to determine the shape and the expansion of the jet (due to brutal pressure decrease in the vacuum), and the evolution of temperature and pressure fields along this jet.
This phenoma is generally known as "Flash expansion" in Aeronautic Industry.

I think that the "Mixture Model" available in FLUENT is well adapted for this mutliphase problem, but I also have to choose a cavitation model well adapted to represent expansion and evaporation of the liquid phase of my mixture.

Is somedy experiencied with this kind of problematics in FLUENT ?
What is the best choice among the 3 available cavitation models to simulate both gas expansion and evaporation ??

Thanks in advance.
