Problems with defining high initial concentrations of CO2

Hello there, I wonder whether someone can help me?
I am testing the ventilation to a room, and to validate the results I have obtained CO2 concentration data for the room in use.
I wish to set a high initial concentration of CO2 to match the experimental CO2 values, and I don't know how to do this? I have considered using a multiphase model, or "patch"ing the initial value but I can't seem to make anything work.
I am very inexperienced with Fluent and I would appreciate any guidance or experience you may have!
Thanks in advance,
L
