Constant volume Combustion

Hi,
I am new to Fluent and i want to simulate Constant Volume (BOMB) Combustion of a Fuel-air mixture.
There is no inlet, no outlet. Just a contant volume chamber filled with fuel-air mixture and then there is ignition at one of the walls. As the flame propagates the charge is converted to burned gas and eventually the flame extinguishes. I want to study the heat flux to the walls due to this combustion.
I was trying to use CHEMKIN-CFD module in Fluent, but i am really struggling to set up the problem.
Can any body help me here please. Is CHEMKIN-CFD the right module for this kind of problem.
thanks,
Iltesham.

Can any body atleast provide me or point out If there is any Tutorial available for this kind of problems with (Fluent 12).
Or atleast tutorials for some problem similar to this one.
Shall be grateful.
thanks,
Iltesham.

Hi,
That is interesting. First, how do you combine the CHEMKIN and FLUENT?
As I see, it is not easy to couple CHEMKIN mechanism with Fluent.

There is a module in Fluent 12.1 called "CHEMKIN-CFD" it solves both flow equations and chemical kinetic equations.

Have you tried the 'spark model' ?

Is there a tutorial available for the spark model..
Can you please forward me one, if you have..
WIll be greatful.
