Hi,
how about reading the Fluent User's Guide? For example 7.16.3.3. Enthalpy, Entropy, and Specific Heat Calculations for real gases. The calculation depends on which enthalpy you want to calculate. But I am very sure, that the User's Guide or Theory Guide covers all of them.
