Hi,
Been wondering how well and how much FLUENT simulates rotational flows with and without swirl. My case is where the wall boundary has a very high rpm (few thousands) and experience tells me that, flow equations tend to unconverge beyond a value of rpm in this case. Can anyone come up to comment whether my observation is true ? and if it may be possible in some way to quantify the limiting rpm to convergence without actually running a simulation trail ? Wiser species may kindly respond. Siri |
