I would like to create model with separate phases of air and water in particular vessel. But I have no idea on how to do it. Can please someone teach me on doing it?

im not familiar with fluent, but u should use a phase interface tracking method like : VOF or levelset , ... for ur modeling as i alittle know fluen have a VOF solver

Refer to the UG and tutorials.... Fluent do solve such kind of problems...
