Hi everyone,
I am trying to simulate the attached geometry. As it can be seen, there are 2 inlets. My goal is to supply 10LPM fluid into the system however I don't want to specify the flowrates for inlet1 and inlet 2. Is there a way to define 10LPM for inlet1+inlet2 and have fluent calculate how much fluid would flow through each inlets? |

Just merge the boundaries into one and apply mass flow rate. Merge is available under Mesh in the top ribbon.

I actually have tried your suggested approach few times. The problem is I get every time an equal distribution of flow rate. I have 2 fluid domains with different geometries an expect a variable distribution of flow rate. Do you have any ideas? |
