Urgent; parallel processing in fluent 12

Hello every body
I want to do parallel processing in Fluent 12, but when I launch fluent 12 and choose parallel option, Fluent gives following error:

Loading "D:\PROGRA~1\ANSYSI~1\v120\fluent\fluent12.0.16\li b\flprim1119.dmp"
Done.

Host spawning Node 0 on machine "chemeng-db7ca10" (win64).

i have got the same problem, some guys said that this would be ok if i plug in the network line ,but what's the real reason ? should ansys fluent work at internet enviroment?

turn off your fire wall.

Try to make a server machine and the other clients machines and then connect them in a lan.
Then install fluent om the server and install mpinch client on the client.
Then try to run it
Hope that will work.
